Microsoft Outlook is the most preferred email client application used mainly for sending and receiving the emails. Outlook is the most favorite choice of all the technocrats in today's era.

Initiate Outlook with the Startup Wizard
When you
start Outlook for the first time on any computer, the Outlook 2010 startup
screen appears.
- Click on the Next tab and accept Yes response for configuring the email account.
- Mention your name, followed by email address and password. Retype the password and then click Next.
- Configuring email requires some time span. Choose the Next option for both encrypted and unencrypted account.
- After the
configuration has finished, Click on the Finish
button.
Upgrade your MS Outlook
The latest
version of Outlook released by Microsoft is Outlook 2010. You cannot use two
versions of Outlook on your computer. Outlook 2010 automatically by default uninstalls
your previous version and gathers all your old files.
You can also
import your emails files into Outlook by following the below mentioned steps: -
- Click on the File option and then click on the Open button.
- Click on the Import button. The Import and Export Window appears on the screen.
- Choose Import Internet Mail and Addresses, and then click Next.
- Click on the Outlook Express option and also select the Import Mail and Import Address Book option.
